Had a problem with my car , took it to kps it was diagnosed as a loose heat shield, they saved me quite a bit of money with their honesty .I recommend them very highly. You can also tell they do a very good job, because on any given day you can drive past the place and see alot of different foreign cars , waiting to get serviced.

My apologies for a long review.... but hopefully it will help other folks... 2019 Porsche Cayenne, just coming off of warranty 40,000 miles coverage, so I was looking for a permanent shop (no longer going to dealership and giving my left arm and right leg for maint services).... I needed to change all four tires (just mount and install, tires bought on-line). Also change all four brakes and rotors.... First shop, surprisingly didn't charge me a diagnostic fee but told me that front driver side strut is leaking (cost to replace is $3,300). Brakes and Rotors ($1,500) and they don't do tires... all the cost before taxes and fees... So obviously I needed to get second opinion... Second shop, charged me $240 for diagnostic and gave me a quote $3,500 for a brake and rotors and based on diagnostic report (very good one with videos and color pictures), NO issues with front driver side strut... Crazy, I'm not paying $3,500 for a brake and rotor job even if it is Porsche... Third shop, quoted me a $1,800 for brakes and rotors. Odd that over 100 reviews but ALL 5 stars and the shop (website) doesn't any info on licensed mechanic credential... seem odd... LASTLY, fourth shop was KPS PG. Quote was $2,100 for a brake and rotors... $280 for mounting n balancing all 4 tires...$140 for wheel alignment.... Interacted with Mark and Bob (both) seem honest and straight forward.... complimentary wash "detail" was a very pleasant surprise (much better than dealership). I don't have negative things to say... very much a local shop. I will definitely be coming back for my 50k maint svc....

The guys are reliable, and the quoted amount always matches the invoice amount, they always give me a call if they found something new. I serviced, and Audi A8, and Mercedes S class, Mercedes R wagon, no issues whatsoever. They usually can get parts next business day or the day after.

A great shop. I have a 10-year old car - a Kia Soul, so a bit of an unusual make. The transmission was having serious trouble - from age and my own tendency to ride the clutch. KPS was fast - returning the car ahead of schedule and beating my own initial expectations. They were courteous throughout, and the cost to replace my transmission was far better than my expectation, especially given the location, so close to Princeton. I will definitely be coming back to this garage.

I went in for a severely flattened tire. KPS Princeton Garage not only found the rather specialized tire, mounted it with balancing, etc. and road tested, they also alerted me to another problem. They suggested that I should go to my dealer with this problem, since it was likely to be covered under warranty. I did, and it was! So they saved me a lot of money by not doing the work themselves. Many thanks! This year I had another flat tire (Chevrolet does not provide or even sell a spare for the Volt). KPS Princeton Garage not only fixed the tire, but told me that the dealer's advice that I needed new tires was greatly premature. More money saved.

I have been using this shop for some time as my go-to service center for all of our family vehicles. In every occasion, they have called before performing work,been prompt and reasonable with work performed and all around easy to deal with. There is a value of returning to the same spot when after a while they know you by name and treat your vehicle like that of a friend's. Go here, become a regular and support the local economy. They may not be the very cheapest every time, but I've never known them to cut corners either.

Seriously, bring your car to KPS. The Yelp reviews are horrible, but KPS has 27 awesome reviews on Tire Rack, so I went anyway. I'm happy I did. I ordered tires Thursday night before a holiday weekend. I took my car to the shop on Friday at noon and demanded that my alignment and tire mounting, balancing, and rotation be finished before 5 so I could leave for vacation. And guess what? IT WAS! The owner even drove and met a UPS truck to pick up my tires and make it happen! I'm very pleased with the work and service.
